Ruby is a modern language that's gained traction with its Rails web application development framework. So much so that Ruby on Rails seems to be the de facto way to use this language. Championed by the folks at 37signals, it has a loyal following. They are now meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Centergy Building off Tech Square, details on their meetup page: http://ruby.meetup.com/83/

Take 316 Eastbound to the Collins Hill / GA 20 exit (there will be a sign for the exit about a half mile before). Turn left at the light. Go over bridge and turn left at the second campus entrance on University Center Lane. Keep going until the road dead ends and turn right. Building B is the circular building at the end of the road.

The stairs are in the middle of the building. Go through the double doors and walk straight ahead. Elevators are to the right of the stairs, which again are in the middle of the building. The room is back towards the parking lot and the library, which you will see as you walk in to the left of Building B. The room is B1900.

There is $1.5/hour parking in a surface lot across the street near Barnes and Noble. Credit cards accepted. The once collapsed parking deck connected to the building is back in service! Cheapest parking is the surface lot across from The Cheetah, I believe they are $4/day cash only.
